Can we get the salary slip or certificate of working from other company .

My wife has filed false allegation and asking for alimony (huge amount )saying that she is not working .

Though , she is working as lead in iT company.

Anybody please help me .how to get her salary slip or certificate of working .

Your can allege and your lawyer can ask the court to issue a notice to the company to get this record. You, in individual capacity, should not and can not. AFAIK.

You can ask court or your lawyer to produce her bank account statements where she gets salary
