Can we get new form 16 for previous financial year with old tax regime? I opted for new tax regime in last year but now realized I want old

I used to show earlier I pay rent to my parents but last year didn't transferred any fixed amount of money to my parents online last year to my mother and not having rent agreement so is there anyway I can show house rent paid to my mother?
