can we get any help in TCS if spouse moving to international location

Need suggestion:

spouse moving to germany. will i get help from rmg team or hr team in getting tcs project in that location or i have to resign?

Current project there are no europe locations..they always say you are critical resource...lol..in this case they will help me in project release??

Will this ever be considered or resignation is only option

A similar incident occurred in my team. We had one female associate working from Pune, but as his husband moved to the USA, she decided to move too. But TCS has not given her an onsite role in our project. Now she is on LWP till she returns or resigns.
