Can we get an exception of 50 percent office on TCS bench
Team , please help to know if we have provision to get 50 percent office WFO exception on TCS bench ? , parents are above 77 years old and are cardio patients.Medical docs are all intact.

Getting a 50% office exception while on the bench at TCS is tough. Even with medical documents, approval is inconsistent. Your best bet is to push hard with HR and your manager.
