😢😢😢 by looking at previous years, they've delayed it from April to August, then April to November.

Now it seems like they will delay it from April 2026 to God knows when.

I don't think they have any intentions, Delaying has become normal now.

My home owner will throw me out if i delay his Annual rent hike.
