Base pay hikes will be given in Jun cycle. Those who haven't received any hike since last 2 years, would definitely get it. And then those whose salary falls below market range would get the hike to match it with market. And last but not the least, niche skill set resources will get hike. But yes, all this also depends on how much your particular unit has got as budget for each career level and also how much hike you got in dec.
Your base pay hike would be disclosed by 26th or 27th May as per the timelines.
