Trending @Capgemini; Can we expect any appraisal this year with succeeding or 3 rating for C1 grade?

You must be getting 1 rating then. I am asking for 3 rating

Capgemini never gives this much hike for sure... I worked more than 4yrs and interacted with many people, but no one got this much. Some people got promotion with 10% hike.. never found a person more who got more than 15%. You must be dreaming 🤪

Last year I didn't get any hike on 3 rating and this time also I got 3 rating, so just curious to know if this time I will get something or nothin
