Can we encash the the leaves while leaving TCS

All earned leaves are auto encased during full and final settlement. All other leaves will get lapsed. It's calculated based on your basic pay.

It is (basic pay/22)×total earned leaves

Yes we can encash them. It is there in the policy portal.

how is the calculation done for leaves while encashing, do they give on basis of basic pay?
