Can we encash Casual leaves in tcs?

As the casual leaves will be gone by 31st March and we cannot carry forward them, is there any process we can encash those leaves? Please let me know. Thanks!

You cannot encash CL or sick leaves. Only earned leaves are considered for encashment over 44 days at the end of every financial year. The residual balance EL whatever the count may be can be encashed during separation and added to your full and final payment.
