I hope you mean full time jobs and not 2 part time jobs?
Because, if part time then you do not need an answer from anyone!
Now if you mean full time, then yes, sure, provided the below 2 criteria’s are met:
- It is legally permissible and approved by both organisations
- You are a SUPERMAN and can work for 18 hrs a day and can still survive 😎

Do you mean to say that you want to pick a part-time job while working full-time with Capgemini? If yes, then it purely depends on the kind of job you are referring to, and how many hours you will be giving to the job on a daily or a weekly or a monthly basis. There is also a policy for the same in the Policy portal, you might want to use Ask Adam .
