Can we complaint about RMG people?

RMG people in TCS are worst entity. They are forcing to take any project. I know they also have some compulsion, but they are not polite at all. How to report to their behaviour anonymously?

Don't accept any random project. Without your consent, no account will take you. Just straight away say no to account directly if it's not your tech stack.

They will suspend his/her salary post 3 rejections

They are misbehaving with employees and rude behaviour towards employees in each matter regarding unallocation and transfer. They don't give damn about the employees
