Yes, after a year, you are eligible to apply for IJPs be it within projects or in any different one. You need to connect with your supervisor or People lead.

and, I want to change the primary skill to PowerBI from PL/SQL, should I change it after coming out of present team so that I can get roles based of POWERBI.
