I want to add NPS contribution in compensation plan. How can I open Nps account and update in plan. Any leads?

You can edit compensation plan anytime every month till 17th... There are documents available on allsec portal for guidance on how to create PRAN for nps and update it

It shd be open till 17th aug if not sep 17th please check once in all sec under compensation plan
