Trending @Accenture; Can we challenge PIP
This is very unfortunate, i was in that project for 7months which was going smoothly but due to my previous manager personal issues he moved out of project and new manager got assigned to project, she was very arrogant and commanding for any questions she was not ready to help us, then it was not working out with me i moved to different project, now when i notice i had not received any Hike or variable pay it means i was kept on PIP now can I question how she can keep me in PIP where i was working only a month with her can I challenge it?
How do you get know, you are in PIP, I also did not receive any hike and bonus.
But manager told that it has nothing to do with PIP.
Same happened with me there is no one can help here it's the Gundagardi of the manager which influences HR as well so yeah look for switch I m too doing the same
You can raise grievance against your project or superviser if you thing that they done any unfair with you and tell all your points in grievance call . Nothing else you can do , try to switch or if supervisor support you then you can clear the pip.
Better challenge your ability to crack outside companies and move on.
