Can we Buyout our Notice Period in TCS? I really doubt that we don't have any other option other than absconding.

Please not abscond a company like TCS it effects you career the most as it is a NASSCOM listed company, you won't be able to join any NASSCOM listed company in future

Buyout is an option but maximum duration depends on project to project in most cases you have to serve at least 45 days but it's not an easy job to get it approved

Absconding can be issue in your future if document verification isn’t completed and now days no one willing to hire absconded employees
