Apart from performance bonus nothing u will get quarterly. These guys didn't even gave any hike for solid 3 years and kept us there in the dark (joined as a fresher around 2021) Finally Outta infy 😌
Yes of course you can ask, you have freedom to ask but sorry, they won't give it. They just ignore it. Consider yourself lucky if you're getting a decent hike on a yearly basis 😉
You can get hike on a monthly basis. You just have to talk to the CEO and convince him.
