Is it possible that we can ask for rating change, once it is finalized by manager and higher management.

I was told that the rating I'm getting(its a average rating) for 2025 is because I recently received promotion and they want give opportunities to the other candidates for promotion so decreasing my rating.
I'm also told that from my performance is good and they did not see any issue.
Thinking should I be satisfied with the rating they are giving me or it will affect me as I planned to be in organization for another 1 year.

Scam. Don't fall for it. But unfortunately you won't get any change if you fight. Just resign.
