Can we apply leave without pay for one month after using all leaves?

Now iam gng to office to submit lerf form after ml. My ultimatix got blocked since I didn't report to office. I will sort this out. .After using all leaves i Will ask them for one month extra leave without pay. Will they ask me to submit laptop?

Probably now they have taken this step of blocking your access and all. Chances of getting your leaves approved now seems very thin. Hope everything goes well. Sabbatical looks like a good option.
