FYI - I never had any issues but heard that via grapevine posts that HRs reduce pay, mark you as non compliant to company policies in FnF. Ofcourse, this is the negative aspect of it, that means it might have happened in 1 in 50 people, but I and you, or someone like us posted on Grapevine, there might be 1000s of ppl who never faced issue without going to office in notice period.
