Depends on your JL level. If JL 4 or below, then it is in the hands of your manager. If JL 5 or above, the request will go to DM for secondary approval.

Yes. In such cases they will many times the organisation itself will give usually when city wise they is red / orange alert. But on flip side why wait for end of week, end of month to complete

No they won't. It requires JL7 and above level approval. And they won't even reply for your mails and messages
