I have been a great performer throughout my Carrer of 4.5years in accenture. Its my first company, and I resigned sometimes back, now got to know that i might be put in PIP. Can they do it ?

As they can as they want to other teammates. And you are leaving so they will you culprits to save others ass. It won't be a problem for you as you have already decided to leave.

I agree with the above points mentioned. But one catch is that you can't come back to Accenture if you are on PIP.
