If you have raised a Grievance you are đź’Ż in PIP bro

That's not true i did raise in the past and even I got the advantage

Theek hai fir karlo May ka intezar samaj aa jaaega, these assholes are not waiting for a reason to someone become a target, no matter if it’s bcoz of raising a grievance or a being non complaint or pointing out what’s going wrong under Leadership

Definitely “Yes”. Ive been here for 8 years, whatever you say in front of HR even tho it is suppose to be private. They reveal everything to your manager and then they always gossip such topics during smoke breaks or outing. Then retaliation starts, suddenly you will be targeted and you will either end up in PIP or you will be benched just so that you will resign yourself. Politics are very harsh, you can only fight with them when you have loyal colleagues who wont back out in the end.

Can you please tell me even if they are from different locations how they could make team break or smoke break ???? There is no chance of gossip
If you don’t like politics then break it and put resignation by putting some serious allegations on them like harassment or linguistic discrimination
Please note that for this kind of allegations there no executes in the project so that they will also get into trouble

No fight back and because if you are quite then they will put in pip and tell that you can’t sign until they enough evidence for your performance
Nowadays Accenture is doing unethical practices

For what grievance is used ?

Unless hr is your friend, that could be true. The policies in Accenture are top notch, but the execution is like govt offices in our country. Once a blue moon , you could get lucky to solve everything smoothly

They can and they will definitely put you on PIP but if you have the guts to fight till the end then they can't even take a single step regarding your performance, appraisal, PIP etc without taking your permission

I don't know bro since I've joined this company everything is so uncertain and stressful about job security

You can raised grievance tell same to HR before starting of PIP
Both are unrelated, PIP depends on your Manager
