Can they demote from digital to Ninja

I have joined tcs as Digital cadre, I don't have good relationships with managers. They will surely give me C band in next cycle. will it degrade me to ninja? also I initially got ninja offer, later cleared DCA and got digital offer before onboarding, so technically I have joined as Digital candidate.

Check the offer if there is separate incentive learning as part of CTC then it is dependent on band there is no such components then it is fixed in ur CTC and not linked to band. Hope this helps
