
Can the TCS manager delay our LWD
So, I resigned on May 12, got my official separation email with my Last Working Day clearly mentioned.
Now, my manager is asking me to work over the weekend. I declined. I mean, I'm already serving my notice period.
Now she's trying to intimidate me by saying she can delay my LWD because of this. Is that even allowed? Can a manager just randomly shift your LWD like that after it's been communicated officially? If yes, how should I react, and what should I do if she does that?

No it's just they want to threaten. If so ask him to send this in email.
