Can the new recruiter know that you were fired?
Will the previous recruiter that fired you mention that you were fired if the new recruiter asks them for a background check? or it is always mentioned as resignation?
Also, during interviews what is advisable? covering it up as resignation or being honest?

HRs dont share this info , Actually they cannot even verify your salary with previous HRs.
It will always be mentioned as resignation

Nope. Background verification is just making sure , you were there as an employee. HR will say only resignation/experience letters.
