I’ve have an offer letter and they want me to join a bit early, spoke to tcs but aren’t ready.

Ok. In that case, if you want to move forward. Resign now, and while serving your 90-days notice period, apply to other companies. Use the current offer as a backup or counteroffer and negotiate for a higher CTC.
