Can TCS pay 40+ lpa salary for the Associate Consultant?

🤣😅🤣😅🤣 first of all with total 10 YOE reaching C3B is not possible (even if you are lateral).

Even ppl will 5 YOE is hired as C1.. and secondly 40+ LPA is possible if you are account manager or program manager handling 200+ associates..

Just saw someone with 40 lakhs CTC joining the form yesterday

If it's a niche skill yes , but variable pay will be 6 lakhs where u will get paid only 2 lakhs out of that . So eventually ur ctc will be 36L.
