Can tcs extend my notice period if i have taken sick leave
Hi guys, recently i met with a serious accident and i have applied for a week sick leave and one month wfo exception by providing the required medical dosuments. My manager is telling me hr has asked hik strictly to increase my notice period. Will they increase any idea guys

They will only threaten and don't extend. Ask them if they extend then will they pay extra salary for those days also and then they will go u answer
