Can TAL rate Indian managers

No, Tal does not rate managers, it can only tell you about company culture, not like real managers.

Ok let me clear this for you.....TAL does not know everyone's managers right? so how will it rate managers. It rates companies overall. not managers. But if a company is bad, surely the managers will be pushed to be toxic
