It's permissible unless and until Infosys ties up with Rapido as they did with Uber.
Imagine having a meeting with your manager in the afternoon and then dropping him home at night.

It is permissible, but i dont think you have to disclose it, I work as a part time accountant in a CA firm on weekends and sometimes at night.
Your work doesn't get revealed anywhere.but rapido is like it gets registered and money gets credited as income complete online and pan also linked..
My friend from Bangalore, he once had a conversation with a Rapido guy. He said that he used to work in some IT, but he started giving rides for Rapido in Bangalore at Night time from 10pm to 4am, he earns 3-4k per shift as at night the price is High and low availability and also the traffic is less as compared to daytime. So he roughly earns 1lakh per month now full time and left IT taking leaves on Sat nd Sun.
