Can someone who has taken interviews tell on what basis the interviwers judge a fresher candidate?
I am a fresher currently in my final year of college, and I have given interviews on campus and off campus, I really would like to know from someone who has interviewed freshers what they particularly look for and why is it so that people say it is based on girl's beauty when it is a girl candidate.

In my experience freshers are often evaluated on commonly if they have gathered the basic knowledge at college and is what they have written in the resume actually true. I would simply ask them basic questions and often go over the details of their projects where you can often tell how they did it (if they did it). Just know what's on your resume, learn to introduce and communicate like a professional, that's all there is to it.
As for your girl's beauty part, I doubt that's even 1% of all hiring. With time you'll see all kinds of biases be it gender, culture or any other n number of things. But don't worry about what you can't control, focus on your own resume. Don't try to gas me up, be careful some people have very thin egos, learn when to say yes or no and how far to carry a point

But it seems sometimes that interviwers are biased. Is it true that some circumstances or any sort of similarity with the interviewer can get that interviewer pick a candidate?
