Can someone tell me how to check the fluidity list or to whom should we connect to make sure my name is not in it.
Better not to go and ask these things. Just keep focussing only on your work. It is just like reminding them to add your name in the list. Once you go and ask this, managers may try to play games using us
Yes I know but the problem is that I have been allocated to one of the Account and after a month DM inform that position is kept on hold and I can report to rmg for open position.. also another account is ready to take me but they're stating that they need a approval from Rmg for allocation.
I am not getting here what Approval is required from RMG as we all know they're sick people and donkeys who're sitting in tcs and employees are getting suffer due to this

Heyya only person who can help you in your manager and HR connect but like many others in the comment said they will never tell you if you are there or not unless you guys super duper close.
Second, focus on yourself and grind your best. If you can do that you will be fine. Ask yourself the question are you project critical or not ? If not how can you make yourself critical ?
Also keep resume ready and be prepared for any scenario. Worrying is only gonna increase your BP and stress. Just be prepared and then zone in on your plan. Rest take it as it comes.
