Can someone suggest ?

How will we be able to understand that we are going to get released from the project ( any observable hints that any of you have experienced a few weeks before release ?) . Is there any policy ( Either our company's or clients ) that governs when the same information needs to be addressed to an employee ? Does the projects follow these ?
