Can someone recommend me what all qualifications and skills I need to be a software developer at Sprinklr?

Hi I am an IIT graduate with a 2 year+ experience in the IT field. I am looking for a switch and Sprinklr’s been on my list for quite a while now. So it would be amazing if someone could help me with it.
