Can someone please tell why Infosys is delaying onboarding for laterals. I have offered in oct still i didn't receive my onboarding mail🤧🥺

With all of the things that are happening right now (assuming you've seen the news), do you really want to join there?
Keep trying for other companies meanwhile.
