Trending @Accenture; Can someone please tell how to switch domain internally from tech to consulting

Do not switch. I have been there and they fired me for not accepting a project in the switched role(most of them were support projects. Since I was a developer I couldn’t accept them.) And I later asked them to switch me back to my primary skill (which they did not do) and after trying to get a project for sometime one fine day I got the HR mail for firing.

Hey man, change your primary skill (which ever domain u want to go) ,once its done directly ask your supervisor for roll of from the project,come to bench , u will get calls from different project

I understand bro, though I want to know the procedure. I am already in a fucking shittiest project having fucking idiots. Support would still be ok rather than these kinda people.
