Trending @Cognizant; Can someone please share the criteria for promotion from PA to A in the upcoming cycle? During which months do we need to maintain RTO?

Promotion in CTS is a scam, first it used to be 12m, then made it 24, then 30 and now it’s 35 months, they just want people to work and don’t want to pay!! Just switch bro, I got 100% hike and now they want to retain me and ready to match the offer, before resigning they said they can’t promote due to compliance and all but suddenly saying they will promote

@BaTmaN criteria is still 30 months for A promotion not 35
