Can someone please post salary structure for 25.6LPA with 27% variable pay

11lpa fixed compensation and 21% variable pay, what will be the in hand salary

CTC - 5 LPA (fixed) was written in JD Basic pay - 20k/month

Flexible pay* - 18k/month 10% of Flexible pay is HRA

PF - 2.5k/month

I am not able to understand my take home or in-hand salary. Will i get 38k or 20k? would be great if you...

I want to know in-hand salary for 13.4 lpa which is fixed CTC I got and variable pay will be upto 10% depending on performance.
