Trending @Accenture; Can someone please clarify the ongoing situation like for how many days on bench are safe ? It's real concerning for us without genuine info

There’s no specific number of days on bench that’s being looked at. Some people are on bench from 5+ months and are still employed. And some people with less than 1 month on bench are being layed off. I think it depends on the market u are in and the demand of your skill.

I guess one other criteria is market we are tagged too that also effects the layoff

For this, mostly AM and Managers can answer but unfortunately, they don't seem to answer.
