Can someone help me understand Wing 3?
I am new to TCS. Where can I see policy related wings? I am in the C3B with 13+ work experience. I am an MBA graduate. I need help to understand.
Wings3 nomination can only be done by management only by your superiors. But previously the minimum eligibility is C4. You will not get any incentive you will attend one program. Better you do wings2 only where you will get incentive. It is self initiative.
Do you know how I can initiate wing2? What will I be doing under wings2? I have business management background.
Whats the apprx ctc you are getting, like what range if not exact amount?
If its very close to higher side of the range for C3B, then wings2 will never help raise the package (told by reliable sources, strong enough for me to stop all my efforts for wings2)
