Can someone help me understand what the 'Fluidity List' is and what criteria are used to prepare it? I’ve been hearing this term these days

There is no criteria, fluidity list was there before the layout announcement.. it just a list which has name of folks who are getting release from account. Reason can be as simple as project is over…

So many criteria are there. Have you joined TCS after 2020? Are you C4 and above and are 50 years old and above? Is your RTO index less than 85? Is your package inflated?.
