Trending @Infosys; Can someone guide me how to crack ACON bridge ? What is the procedure and what do we need to prepare?
If you want your life not to be hell don't think of acon of any bridge of infosys it all a scam and dillusion. The effort u will put to clear acon and then role change and compensation revision will take more than 9 months. And since during this u are either doing training or on bench. So your next rating will be as low as u can think and there are many people who are still on bench after completing acon. And bench in infosys is hell rytnow. U will be forced to take any project u get mapped to. So if u are currently in any project where things are managable and ok to handle don't go for bridge rather study and switch u will get more than bridge.
Thanks for the reality check dear but what option do we have to increase our package. It's almost three years, I am not pretty much happy with hike. Should I go for switching ? I am unsure of outside job market because of AI. Some people are even saying AI could automate repeating coding tasks. So there will be a tiff.
A total confusion what domain to choose/ go for bridge / switch.
I am not interested in AI & data analytics. Otherwise I would have done it. 🤦
