Can someone go from non-tech to tech background

Hi fellows,

I am currently working in a non-tech project and i want to move to tech but I only have 1.5 years of experience and don’t have much skills in tech field.

I want to become data analyst. How to get to my goal? Can anyone suggest how to do or any skill that I can learn to get my goal ?
