Trending @Cognizant; Can someone give me a thought about how TMP(Talent Market Place) works in Cognizant. My wuestion is if your profile enabled for tmp what happens next?

For the first 28 days once access is enabled for TMP you will see jobs based on your vertical and practice which they call VCDP or client NP. After that you will see more opportunities from all the accounts which they call it as PDP. So in TMP based on your richness index score which should be more then 40 you should apply or ADP champ team will suggest you jobs. Hope this answers your query.

Start looking for opportunities in TMP and click on Apply . Ping hiring manager on teams or send them and email. Hiring manager email ID is present on the SO ID itself.

You see open opportunity across organization which matches your profile and skillset.

Make sure your skills are updated on MCA. You will be preferred for roles with higher skill match.
