Trending @Cognizant; Can someone give a brief on the merit/bonus payout that is going to take place in August?

I have a question if someone gets the promotion in July like PA to Associate then their merit increase in August in base pay will happen or not ??

It would be a base pay increase

Does anyone know when we will receive the merit increase letter and if August salary will contain the salary hike?
