44ADA is a presumptive taxation scheme. Its for professionals like doctor, engineers, lawyers, CAs. Not for salaried.

Full time employees can also use this if they freelance!

If your company says in employment letter and all such official documentation that you are a consultant to the company and not an employee of a company then you can also avail it.
