I think whatever we got now is based on the latest rating. Now, don't expect anything before completing 1 year atleast.

That is for different JLs. JL5 and below effective from Jan and JL6 and above effective from April

Had the same concern. I got in touch with my manager. This is the reply i got" jo mil rha enjoy karo, konsy year ka ye mat poocho and isky baad kuch saalo tak next hike mat poochna". 😌🥲
