Can some one help me how to deal bellow situation considering fact
Hi I am having total 8.5yeras experience.my ctc is around 6lac. with relevant experience of 5.3yeara working in automotive Development domain.actually i got offer from one of Service based company with 14.5lac fixed ctc. that to in my 2nd company interview i got selected.due to notice period issue i am unable to join on given date .so they rejected offer now automotive domain is slow i am not getting call due to strict 90days Notice period. also this time they gave me C band . actually my skills are high demand in market easly they will give abive 18 to 20 lac,now OEM Frozen hiring currently what to do now? can some one help me on this shall i wait some more time to market correction or should i put resignation without offer.
Put registration as you are being underpaid. Search new job during notice period. You will definitely get calls if notice period is about to end.
But main issue is that just i gave 2 interview.so not having much experience in interview process.in worst case if i am not getting offer due to global automotive/car market .is it possible to with draw offer. Thanks you for reply
