I am currently working at Infosys with 2.3 years of experience in a telecom project. My responsibilities include supporting applications by monitoring backend processes, conducting root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues, and creating bug reports. I also address customer issues through a ticketing system.

My day-to-day activities involve collaborating with clients and developers on new features for the application, discussing implementation strategies, and identifying potential improvements from an operational perspective. Additionally, I perform tests in lower environments and develop scripts to automate tasks.
