Can reallocation be done?

My friend got JL to City Pune He wants to shift to Chennai before she gets completed the time of Joining as the Joining is in next month. So how could this be possible can anyone help?

It's still possible if not joined by making request with proper reasoning. After joining it's hard nut to crack.
